No. Selling directly to us means no broker commissions on your end. You keep more of the sale price. If you already have a broker relationship, we are happy to work through them as well.
We can move quickly once both parties agree on terms. The timeline depends on due diligence requirements and your preferences. We work on your timeline — if you need time, we accommodate that too.
We handle everything confidentially. Your tenants, employees, and competitors do not need to know you are in discussions with us until the appropriate time in the transaction process.

Just the basics to start — facility address, approximate unit count, and your contact information. Financial statements and other documentation can come later in the process. We want to make the initial step as easy as possible.
Yes. Existing financing, mortgages, or liens are common in real estate transactions and do not prevent a sale. These are addressed as part of the normal closing process.
